This apartment sleeps 1 to 4 persons (Non Smoking)
Situated on the Ground Floor, so it has easy access for anyone who has difficulty with stairs, all floors are tiled.
Large Sitting Room with traditional fireplace with a log burning stove, capacious corner sofa which converts to a full size double bed, with lots of squashy cushions for relaxing comfortably. There are rugs and a coffee table, plus digital TV, channels in English and different other languages and Netflix application; as well as a fixed radiaror for the colder months.
The eating area overlooks the gardens and your private terrace.
Go through the archway to the separate fully fitted hand-built kitchen with locally quarried granite worktops. Sink and drainer, full size electric fan-assisted oven, 5 burner gas hob and extractor chimney. Fridge/freezer, electric coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Plenty of equipment to produce meals with easily obtainable fresh local produce. Full complement of kitchen utensils, china and cutlery plus melamine/plastic picnic ware for use around the pool, etc.
Hand and drying-up towels.
Bedroom: A large room with antique pine furniture – a double bed (with a modern, sprung mattress, of course) wardrobe and chest of drawers, mirrors, bedside tables, lamps, rugs and fixed radiator. Hypo-allergenic duvet and pillows, pure cotton bed linen. There is plenty of space for a cot and/or a child’s bed or a single bed – please state any special requirements when making your reservation.
Shower Room: Spacious with glazed 120cm wide shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin with mirror over. Towel rails, shelving, hooks, shaver/electric toothbrush socket and a fixed radiator.
The apartment is cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival and at the end of the first and any subsequent week. In the middle of each week, all kitchen and bathroom towels can be changed if you wish, bed linen is changed at the end of the first and any subsequent week.
Each occupant is supplied with a bath towel, hand towel and face cloth.
Outside: Your personal terrace is surrounded by a wooden pergola covered with climbing plants, it has a teak dining table and chairs plus a parasol so that you can enjoy al fresco meals. (Smoking IS permitted here as it is your private area)
There are paths to the communal barbecue house and terraces, gardens, garaging and saltwaterpool.
Fully walled and gated pool area with broad, shallow Roman Steps leading into the swimming pool – swimming area of 5 metres x 10 metres, maximum depth 2 metres – the surrounding paved terracing is supplied with plenty of sun loungers, tables, chairs and parasols.
Smoking may be permitted in the gardens provided there are no objections from any other visitors.
