It is an exceptional situation that we are all in now. Working from home, teaching children and especially social distance. It is not nothing.
In addition, it may also be unclear whether the summer vacation can continue. We are positive; our accommodation remains available, the number of infections in Portugal and especially our region are relatively low and seems to be under control.
Voucher
Health and a carefree holiday are very important to us. Although we take into account travel during the summer holidays, we want to be as flexible as possible.
If (it turns out that) it is not possible to travel for a stay at Casa das Flores or if you want to choose to postpone the holiday yourself, we offer you a voucher for the amount of the reservation. The voucher can be used until December 31, 2022, after which the amount will be refunded by us. If you want to use the voucher option, this can be indicated with us up to 2 weeks before your stay.
Free cancellation
If you do not want to choose a voucher, this is also possible. Then the stay will be canceled and all (advance) amounts will be refunded immediately.
Payments
Because we understand that the current situation still creates many uncertainties, we want to offer, as an adjustment to our conditions, the possibility to pay a 10% deposit and to pay the remainder of the amount up to 2 weeks before stay. We also adjust the cancellation period to 2 weeks, instead of 8 weeks for accommodation.
These special COVID-19 conditions are only for bookings before 1 april 2021.
